How Companies Are Ranked
The Top Most Loved Workplaces® for Parents & Caregivers list is compiled using the Love of Workplace Index®, a proprietary assessment tool developed by Best Practice Institute. Companies must achieve a minimum score threshold and have at least 33% employee participation (or 1,000 responses for larger organizations).
Rankings are based on five key dimensions: Systemic Collaboration, Positive Vision of the Future, Alignment with Values, Respect, and Killer Achievement (SPARK).
