1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Most Loved Workplace® website and services operated by Best Practice Institute, Inc. (“BPI”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Certification Services

Most Loved Workplace® certification is based on the Love of Workplace Index® assessment. Certification decisions are made by BPI based on employee survey results and are final. Companies must meet minimum participation requirements (33% of employees or 1,000 responses for larger organizations).

3. Trademark Usage

“Most Loved Workplace®” and the MLW logo are registered trademarks of Best Practice Institute, Inc. Certified companies receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use these marks in accordance with our Brand Guidelines for the duration of their certification.

  • Badges may only be used while certification is active
  • Certification year must be accurately displayed
  • Marks may not be modified without written permission
  • License terminates upon certification expiration

4. Certification Period

Most Loved Workplace® certification is valid for one year from the date of certification. Companies may apply for recertification annually. Companies must remove all certification marks and badges upon expiration.

5. Fees and Payment

Certification fees are due upon application. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. BPI reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Confidentiality

BPI treats all company information and survey data as confidential. Individual employee responses are never shared with employers. Aggregate data may be used for benchmarking and research purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

BPI's liability is limited to the amount paid for certification services. BPI is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
